Japanese Confectionery Shop Owner Killed; Two Men in Their 20s Arrested

Police in Japan arrested two men in their 20s on suspicion of robbery-murder and related charges over the killing of Kazumasa Saito, who ran a Japanese confectionery shop in Mino, Yamaguchi Prefecture. The suspects are identified as Makito Okura, 27, of Saeki Ward in Hiroshima, and Kōshirō Muraoka, 26, a resident of Koizumi in Shūnan. According to the report, the suspects are acquainted and both work in pest control and similar lifestyle services. Police have not disclosed how the suspects plead.

山口県美祢市で和菓子店の店主が殺害された事件で、警察は25日、男2人を逮捕しました。 　逮捕されたのは、広島市佐伯区の自称自営業・大倉万輝容疑者（27）と周南市古泉の自営業・村岡耕志浪容疑者（26）の2人です。 　2人は8月27日から28日にかけ、美祢市の斉藤一正さんが経営する和菓子店に押し入り、斉藤さんの頭を殴るなどして殺害し、金庫を強奪したほか、斉藤さんの妻に重傷を負わせた疑いが持たれています。 　警察によりますと、容疑者の2人は知人関係で、ともに害虫駆除などの生活サービスを行う便利業を行っているということです。 　警察は2人の認否を明らかにしていません。 [テレ朝NEWS] https://news.tv-asahi.co.jp
