What if you're not afraid of failing, but afraid of being seen succeeding? Taylor M. LaSane explores how success can threaten our sense of belonging, causing us to hide from our own potential. She challenges us to rethink what holds us back and find the courage to be visible before we feel ready. "Taylor M. LaSane is a consultant, facilitator, and founder of SHYNE, a career studio helping leaders navigate change. A certified leadership coach trained through Brown University and Harvard Business School Online, Taylor combines executive strategy, neuroscience, and Scripture to help people move from uncertainty to intentional action.
