Les policiers ont ete envoyes suite a un signalement indiquant qu'un homme avait pousse sa mere, criait sur elle et avait arrache les cheveux d'une autre personne. Selon la description, l'homme a declare avoir fume de la marijuana juste avant, puis a charge l'agent arrivant sur place ; il a ete paralyse par taser jusqu'a l'arrivee de renforts. When Officer R. Carrillo-Julian arrived, he made contact with 31-year-old Kehma Johnson, who stated he had just smoked weed. Johnson was acting erratically, making odd statements, and then suddenly charged Ofc. Carrillo-Julian. He was tased, and Ofc. Carrillo-Julian was able to gain control of him until backup arrived. Johnson continued to fight officers all the way to the jail. Officers located Johnson’s elderly mother inside the home and had her evaluated by Gwinnett County Fire and Emergency Services due to Johnson brutally assaulting her. They also made contact with the neighbor, who had a portion of her hair pulled out by Johnson.
