In this talk, Yashashvi Sharma explores the importance of discovering your authentic voice and building a personal brand in the age of artificial intelligence. Drawing from her experience of forgetting her topic during a Hindi extempore competition in eighth grade, she highlights the difference between knowing what to say and having the confidence to express it. She introduces the QUERENCIA framework, built around nine pillars: Quintessential Beliefs, Unique Value, Expertise and Evidence, Reputation and Recognition, Expression and Language, Narrative and Journey, Connection and Community, Impression and Impact, and Aspiration and Alignment. She also discusses how AI can support communication without replacing independent thinking, personal experiences, or individual identity. Her message encourages audiences to understand their strengths, communicate their value, and build a professional identity rooted in authenticity, substance, and trust.
