In my view, understanding inclusive education can be condensed into three words, which are also lifelong lessons I must continually practice: understanding diversity, seeing growth, and revering life. Ms. Wang Bingjie is a Senior Social Worker serving as Deputy Director of the Henan Provincial Preschool Inclusive Education Resource Center and Business Development Manager of Qisehua Welfare Kindergarten, with 13 years of dedicated experience in preschool inclusive education.
