Thursday saw the latest in a string of suspected Russian drone strikes on cargo ships in the Black Sea, this time off the coast of NATO member Romania. This comes on a week when the United States has bought Russian diesel, allegedly withheld intelligence from Ukraine, and is being accused of restricting access to the military version of the Starlink satellite system. With the Russia-Ukraine energy ceasefire now over, Kyiv says Moscow continuously violated the deal since Sunday.
