Vishal Rajani’s talk, “Live It Before You Build It,” explores the importance of experiencing, testing, and validating ideas before turning them into reality. Drawing on his entrepreneurial journey, he highlights how observation, experimentation, and understanding real human needs can shape meaningful innovations. The talk encourages audiences to move beyond assumptions, learn through experience, and build solutions that create lasting value. Vishal Rajani is a marketer, entrepreneur, and brand builder with over 16 years of experience helping businesses build brands and drive growth. In 2010, he founded Synergos independently, driven by the conviction that digital marketing would transform the way businesses communicate and grow. Today, Synergos has grown into a 60+ member team working with leading B2B companies, FMCG brands, universities, and businesses across industries. The agency focuses on integrated digital marketing, brand communication, strategy, and design, with an emphasis on building lasting brand equity and measurable business growth. His entrepreneurial journey expanded through his passion for sport and endurance. After discovering the recovery brand Flowlife through cycling, he brought its products to India. This experience inspired him to create ATTIVI, a sports equipment brand designed specifically around the needs of Indian athletes.
