一つの分野に特化するのと、複数の関心を同時に追うのとでは、どちらが良いのでしょうか。TEDxNUMでのこの講演で、Suzanna Sumkhuuは、多分野にまたがる人materialの価値が高まっていることと、そのような生き方が一日の時間の中で持続可能かどうかを検討しています。彼女は、多様な経験を創造的に組み合わせることが個人の成長や社会への影響にとって重要だと主張しています。Sumkhuuはモンゴル国立大学法学部の学生で、UNDPモンゴルの研究や、Nomad Meets the Cityでのプロジェクト管理に携わってきました。

Should we specialize in one field or pursue multiple interests? The value of multidisciplinary individuals is growing, challenging us to somehow fit it all into just 24 hours a day. But is this lifestyle sustainable? Suzanna argued that creatively integrating diverse experiences is essential to our personal development and the impact we make on the world around us. Suzanna Sumkhuu is a law student at the National University of Mongolia’s School of Law. Her experience includes extensive research for UNDP Mongolia’s National Human Development Report and project management as a producer at Nomad Meets the City.
