Vijay Sampathkumar | TEDxAravali Intl School Youth

What if a small conversation today could change someone's life 20 years from now? What if a few words of encouragement could become the reason someone finds the confidence to pursue a completely different path? In this talk, Vijay Sampathkumar explores the lasting impact of everyday interactions. Drawing from his own career journey, a meaningful professional connection and the inspiring story of his wife, he reflects on how seemingly ordinary moments can create extraordinary outcomes over time. He also challenges us to rethink how we guide the next generation. Instead of preparing children for a future we cannot predict, we should help them become ready for uncertainty through encouragement, curiosity and positive reinforcement. His message is simple: the words we speak and the belief we show in others today may become the echoes that guide their tomorrow. Vijay Sampathkumar is a technology and business leader with over three decades of experience in IT infrastructure, global business strategy, and market expansion. As Chief Business Officer at Refroid Technologies, he focuses on advancing energy-efficient cooling and validation solutions for AI-ready data centers and high-performance computing. His expertise spans strategic partnerships, ecosystem development, and building new markets. He is passionate about enabling sustainable digital infrastructure that supports the growing demands of AI while improving energy efficiency and contributing to global net-zero goals.
