With a doctorate in innovation management from IIM Bangalore, he has worked with organisations across multiple countries and teaches at institutions including ISB Hyderabad and IIM Bangalore. He is the bestselling author of Design Your Thinking, Design Your Career and Everyday Creativity, exploring how creativity and innovation can shape professional and personal growth.
