Abhijeet Anand, Founder and CEO of abcoffee. In his talk, Abhijeet explores five questions that have shaped some of the defining choices in his life. Are we setting our own standards, or simply accepting the ones around us? What assumptions are limiting what we believe is possible? And when an opportunity appears in an unexpected form, are we prepared to recognise it? Drawing from turning points across his journey from engineering and industry to entrepreneurship and social impact, he examines how questioning what we take for granted can change the way we approach ambition, opportunity and excellence. Rather than offering ready-made answers, Abhijeet leaves us with a more enduring idea - the questions we choose to ask can shape the choices we make and ultimately, the person we become. "Abhijeet Anand is the Co-founder and CEO of AbCoffee, one of India's fastest-growing specialty coffee brands. Before launching the venture, he built his career in consulting and finance, bringing together business strategy and consumer insights. His entrepreneurial journey reflects the power of challenging convention and finding opportunity in changing consumer behaviour. His experiences would offer fresh perspectives on innovation, resilience, and building brands in a competitive market."
