建築家でデザインストラテジストのAvanti Natarajanが、現実の課題を解決する際に科学、数学、建築、工学がどのようにつながるかを考察します。学問分野の枠を超えて考えること、協働を重視することを呼びかけています。本講演は、独立して運営されたTEDxイベントで行われました。 Natarajanは教育、空間デザイン、企業システムの分野で活動しており、学問の縦割りを崩し、人々がアイデアを組み合わせて総合的な解決策を生み出せるよう取り組んでいます。

Avanti Natarajan, in her insightful talk, explores how subjects like science, mathematics, architecture, and engineering connect to solve real-world challenges. She inspires us to think beyond boundaries, embrace collaboration, and discover how the dots always overlap. Avanti Natarajan is an architect, design strategist, and edupreneur working across education, spatial design, and enterprise systems. Trained at Anna University and Pratt Institute, New York, she serves as Director of Student Affairs at Paavai Educational Institutions, where she leads experiential and cross-disciplinary learning initiatives. Avanti is the co-founder of strategic design consultancy Tab Infinity and cultural initiative Lil Trails, and serves as Vice Chairperson of the CII Indian Women Network, Tamil Nadu. Her work focuses on dismantling academic silos to help students and organizations connect disparate ideas into holistic solutions.
