Sia Walia | TEDxJBCN Intl School Oshiwara

The Ripple Effect is about how even the smallest actions, ideas, or voices can create waves of change that spread far beyond their starting point. Like a single drop of water that sends ripples across a whole lake, one conversation, one act of kindness, or one bold decision can inspire others, spark new perspectives, and gradually transform communities and the world around us. Sia leads with resilience, creativity, and determination, Sia invites her audience to confront and embrace the parts of themselves they often shy away from. Rooted in a deep love for the performing arts, she has played significant roles in short films and stage productions, and continues to explore self-expression through poetry and visual storytelling. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
