TEDx Talks による説明

In her compelling TEDx talk, Minh An Phan addresses the growing "epidemic of nonchalance"—a cultural shift where apathy is mistaken for composure and caring deeply is seen as a liability. She unpacks how guarding ourselves behind indifference stifles authentic human connection, empathy, and personal fulfillment. Ultimately, Phan offers a powerful challenge to dismantle this emotional defense mechanism and reclaim the courage it takes to care. Anna is an exceptional and proactive student who’s deeply involved in her community. In 2023, Anna founded her own dance team, The Spice, inspiring creative expression through dance in Wellspring Saigon. As the Student Council President, she launched a peer studying program - WISers Connect that promoted a positive learning culture in school. Apart from her academic life, Anna is tremendously dedicated to performing arts, specifically dance and choreography as a member of SpaceX Dance Group. With appearances in several iconic music videos and live show stages, her most recent and notable project is appearing and assisting in choreography of the hit movie “Cảm ơn người đã thức cùng tôi”. Beyond her pursuits as an artist, Anna is extremely passionate about sharing and connecting with others, having hosted and instructed several workshops in Vietnam’s dance community. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
