Theme: “Agents of Change” Alain Lempereur holds the European University Institute (EUI) Chair in Leadership and Negotiation at the Florence School of Transnational Governance. He has been affiliated with Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation since 1993. He designed a hybrid leadership programme for senior humanitarian leaders, run worldwide with the UN Global Executive Leadership Initiative (GELI). He has authored around a dozen books on negotiation and mediation, including 'The First Move: A Negotiator’s Companion'.
