Aseem Hanspal is a Strategy-to-Execution Expert and the Founder & Managing Director of SKOPE Business Consulting, which he has led since 2010. With 35 years of leadership and strategic experience, including roles at Larsen & Toubro Limited and Max Life Insurance, he specializes in business strategy, leadership development, and organizational scale-up. He has helped transform over 210 owner-managed organizations and bootstrapped startups and has coached and mentored more than 300 entrepreneurs across India, Singapore, and Bangladesh. His professional credentials include a Disruptive Strategy certification from Harvard Business School and certification as a Gallup Leadership Strengths Coach.
