Through a story about a scientist searching for answers and real experiences from the early days of his startup, he explores what it really takes to turn an idea into a business. He discusses the practical challenges of building a startup, from arranging resources and finding the first team members to understanding why some businesses fail. His central argument is that entrepreneurs should fall in love with the problem they are trying to solve rather than becoming attached to their original idea. He also reflects on how technology changes the way we address everyday needs, reminding us that opportunities often emerge when someone notices what others have overlooked. His message is simple: keep moving, keep adapting, and stay consistent in the way you work. Vishal Jain is the Co-Founder and CEO of Roadcast Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., an AI-powered platform transforming fleet management, telematics and digital logistics. A Chartered Accountant by qualification, he brings a strong foundation in finance and business management. Before co-founding Roadcast, he held leadership roles at FCB Ulka Advertising (DraftFCB) and the Shri Lal Mahal Group. His professional journey reflects a blend of financial expertise, business leadership and an interest in using technology to make logistics smarter and more efficient.
