Through relatable examples involving fitness, education, and everyday life, he explains how ideas become meaningful only when translated into concrete steps. He highlights the importance of initiative, ownership, measurable goals, discipline, and continuous improvement, encouraging everyone to stop waiting for change and start creating it. Aseem Hanspal is a Strategy-to-Execution Expert and the Founder & Managing Director of SKOPE Business Consulting, which he has led since 2010. With 35 years of leadership and strategic experience, including roles at Larsen & Toubro Limited and Max Life Insurance, he specializes in business strategy, leadership development, and organizational scale-up. He has helped transform over 210 owner-managed organizations and bootstrapped startups and has coached and mentored more than 300 entrepreneurs across India, Singapore, and Bangladesh. His professional credentials include a Disruptive Strategy certification from Harvard Business School and certification as a Gallup Leadership Strengths Coach.
