Gold and Silver Prices Fall as Sensex and Nifty Decline

Indian domestic stock markets fell during trading as investors booked profits after two days of gains. The Sensex closed 876 points lower at 73,852 and the Nifty dropped 257 points to 22,888. Gold and silver prices also declined in the bullion market, with gold at 1,46,406 rupees per 10 grams and silver at 2,09,467 rupees per kilogram. The report is from Aaj Tak.

कारोबार के दौरान घरेलू शेयर बाजार में आज गिरावट देखने को मिली. दो दिन की तेजी के बाद निवेशकों ने मुनाफावसूली की. प्राइवेट बैंक शेयरों में बिकवाली और कमजोर ग्लोबल संकेतों से बाजार पर दबाव बना रहा. इस दौरान सेंसेक्स 876 अंक गिरकर 73 हजार 852 -और निफ्टी 257 अंक टूटकर 22 हजार 888 पर बंद हुआ.
