The Big Step Illusion | Radhika Banerji | TEDxJBCN Intl School Oshiwara

The Ripple Effect is about how even the smallest actions, ideas, or voices can create waves of change that spread far beyond their starting point. Like a single drop of water that sends ripples across a whole lake, one conversation, one act of kindness, or one bold decision can inspire others, spark new perspectives, and gradually transform communities and the world around us. Curious, disciplined, and reflective, Radhika brings thoughtfulness and clarity to her talks at TEDx JBCN Oshiwara, inspiring audiences to believe that meaningful change is achievable through small, consistent actions. Beyond TEDx, she is actively involved in public speaking and podcasting, has helped build a student-led podcast club from the ground up, and is a competitive swimmer. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
