Conscious Movement: Neuro-Yogic Philosophy Flowing from Stepping Stones to Milestones This concept is about learning to move through life consciously, using the connection between the mind and body. 1. Stepping stones vs. stopping stones: Understand that challenges and setbacks are stepping stones for growth, not obstacles that stop your progress. 2. Understanding your own milestones: Identify your personal goals, values, and achievements instead of comparing your journey with others. 3. The art of flowing: Learn to adapt to changes, accept difficulties, and keep moving forward without losing your sense of direction. 4. Conscious movement: Use awareness of your body, breathing, thoughts, and actions to respond thoughtfully rather than react automatically. 5. Neuro-Yogic philosophy: Explore the connection between the mind and body through yoga-based practices, viewed alongside a scientific perspective. Dr. P.S.
