広州Ulink International School-NCPA Divisionで英語を教えるMark Hsuehが、次の世代に伝えたい希望、価値観、人生の教訓について語ります。未来の娘に宛てた手紙という形式で、愛、家族、アイデンティティ、そして娘に育ってほしい世界について考えを述べています。また、他者の未来を形作る際に大切なこととして、自らが示す価値観や、他者が自分の道を見つける自由について触れています。本講演は独立して運営されたTEDxGUIS Guangzhou Youthのイベントで行われました。

In this deeply personal and reflective talk, Mark Hsueh explores the hopes, values, and life lessons he wishes to pass on to the next generation. Through the imagined form of a letter to his future daughter, he reflects on love, family, identity, and the kind of world he hopes she will grow up in. Beyond the expectations of parenthood, Mark invites us to consider what truly matters when shaping another person's future: the values we model, the wisdom we share, and the freedom we give others to discover their own paths. His talk offers a thoughtful reflection on legacy, responsibility, and the enduring power of love.
