TEDx Talks による説明

In this talk, Yashashvi Sharma explores the importance of discovering your authentic voice and building a personal brand in the age of artificial intelligence. Drawing from her experience of forgetting her topic during a Hindi extempore competition in eighth grade, she highlights the difference between knowing what to say and having the confidence to express it. She introduces the QUERENCIA framework, built around nine pillars: Quintessential Beliefs, Unique Value, Expertise and Evidence, Reputation and Recognition, Expression and Language, Narrative and Journey, Connection and Community, Impression and Impact, and Aspiration and Alignment. She also discusses how AI can support communication without replacing independent thinking, personal experiences, or individual identity. Her message encourages audiences to understand their strengths, communicate their value, and build a professional identity rooted in authenticity, substance, and trust. Yashashavi Sharma is a Performance Strategist and Communication Coach with over eight years of experience in leadership, AI-enabled learning, and workforce capability building. She helps individuals and organizations turn skills into measurable performance through training, communication, and leadership development. Having overcome a childhood stammer and fear of public speaking, she now trains students and professionals across India, the USA, Canada, and Dubai. Her work includes executive learning programmes, personal branding, public speaking, and leadership development. She has trained over 10,000 students and 1,000+ professionals, with more than 300 training interventions and 5,000 coaching hours. Her work has also been recognized by institutions including the National Commission for Women and the MP Police.
