In The Other AI You Need, Aisha Thompson introduces a powerful form of intelligence: Ancestral Intelligence. Through her personal story, she explores how the wisdom, strength, and life lessons of her ancestors—particularly her sisus—helped shape the woman she is today. Aisha shares how these lessons continue to guide her life and why she is committed to passing that same wisdom, resilience, and cultural legacy down to her children and future generations. Aisha Thompson is a Program Manager at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, an ICF-certified coach, and the owner of Pursuit of Wealth Coaching, where she helps clients build financial confidence and independence. A graduate of Hampton University with a degree in Business Management, Aisha has spent her career at the intersection of public service, personal development, and entrepreneurship. Raised in a community where your neighbor can be your family, Aisha realized that community is the foundation for building wealth and a life on your own terms.
