O miolo permanece macio e arejado. Prepare the Dough** In a large bowl, combine the flour, dry yeast, salt, and warm water. Mix until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms. Add the vegetable oil and knead until smooth and elastic. **2. Let the Dough Rise** Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and leave the dough in a warm place for 1–2 hours, or until doubled in size. **3. Prepare the Glaze** In a small saucepan, mix the flour and water until smooth. Cook over low heat, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens slightly. Add a pinch of baking soda, mix well, and allow it to cool. **4. Shape the Bread** Divide the dough into two equal portions. Gently stretch each portion into a long, oval-shaped flatbread. Using your fingertips, press deep, parallel grooves along the surface of each loaf. **5. Add the Glaze and Sesame Seeds** Brush the bread generously with the prepared glaze, making sure it reaches into the grooves. Sprinkle with white and black sesame seeds. **6. Bake Until Golden** Preheat the oven to 230–250°C (445–480°F). Place the bread on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 15–18 minutes, or until beautifully golden brown and crispy. **7. Serve and Enjoy**
